LOOOOOOOOOL very funny to see VIVA advertise about complicated rules and regulations on packages while they have the worst rules and regulations.
HINT: ask about VIVA's More promotion rules and regulations and you will see what i mean ;)
their ads may be creative..but im sorry to say their customer service sucks!!

I can't understand why Viva are using attack my competitors strategy in their ads. Are they that desperate for customers???
