Yes it has been confirmed; Zain Kuwait fixed the 3G restart problem with their Blackberry devices. Now everyone can enjoy their Blackberry device while connected to the fast 3G network. In order to enjoy using the 3G network with Zain, you need to upgrade your Blackberry device to the following software version:
BB BOLD 9000: 9000/5.0.0.464
BB BOLD 9700: 9700/5.0.0.442
