Most footballers who are lucky enough to score their 200th first division goal do so in a conventional manner — i.e. with their feet and from a reasonable distance. Not Martin Palermo. No, he opted for the Rolls Royce of 200th goals with his 40-meter header (into an open net, mind you) to give Boca Juniors a 3-2 win over Velez Sarsfield.
Say what you will about the fact that he scored on a wide open goal, to have that much power and accuracy on a header from that far our is pretty amazing.
